Le Soufflé is one-part adorable teacup and pastry café and another part, Parisian bistro. It's not just the best place for a soufflé in Paris. It's also one of the best stops for traditional bistro fare. In fact, it has the honor of being the place we chose for the Best Boeuf Bourguignon in Paris. This should be in your list of top five restaurants to visit in Paris.
