L'Ambroisie has managed to retain its 3-Michelin-star rating for a continuous 30 years. That said, it doesn't seem to appeal much to younger, modern diners who seek a more inventive and unconventional menu. Despite this, the restaurant's setting and decor still manage to satisfy the traditional clientele. Rather than a tasting menu, L'Ambroisie offers a concise selection of a la carte dishes that are flawlessly prepared and presented in a stylish and sophisticated manner.
