Midye Dolma is a shucked and cleaned mussel shell stuffed with a seasoned rice pilaf and the shucked mussel. These morsels of goodness are sold by both street vendors and restaurants. Not quite as prevalent as Doner Kebabs in the streets and kiosks but they win second place in the street food competition.
