Le Bon Georges is part bistro and part brasserie. It has plenty of the rustic bistrot dishes that are part of the bistrot tradition in Paris yet does everything with a significantly higher degree of panache than most bistrots in Paris. The slightly higher prices than your usual bistrot are to be expected considering the obviously higher quality of ingredients and attention to detail. Le Bon George should be the first choice for a restaurant for any visitor to Paris.
