Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorus

The centerpiece of the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is a beautifully restored “yali” mansion that is a treasure trove of Ottoman art and antiques spanning centuries. The hotel grounds are spectacular, featuring lushly landscaped gardens and a stunning outdoor pool area. The indoor pool resembles one of the city’s many Byzantine era cisterns. The Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is truly a world-class property.

Ciragan Palace Kempinski

Ciragan Palace Kempinski

The Çırağan Palace, constructed between 1863 and 1867, was built by the Sultan Abulaziz as his residence. The interior of the palace was totally destroyed in 1910 and the exterior stood as a shell until 1987, when the property was purchased for use as a luxury hotel. The palace interior was reconstructed along with the construction of a new adjoining building. It was again remodeled in 2007 and is operated as the Çırağan Palace Kempinski. The hotel’s crown jewel, the Sultan’s Suite, is one of the most expensive hotel suites in the world.
