Palais Garnier is a grand opera house in Paris, completed in 1875 and designed by architect Charles Garnier. The Beaux-Arts style building has an ornate exterior with a large central dome, while the interior is equally lavish with a grand marble staircase, a large auditorium, and numerous decorations and paintings. It’s considered one of the world’s most beautiful and prestigious opera houses and has been the home of the Paris Opera since its completion.
